Happy birthday to this wonderful artiste with a unique style/sound (Ęgba Folk/Contemporary), a brother and a supporter of this blog - 'Biyi Samuel (a.k.a. Igi ti ruwe).

Biyi Samuel, the C.E.O./Band Leader of BIYI SAMUEL & JUNE-20 CREW who got his inspirations from the likes of the greats like Tunji Oyelana, Blackman Akeeb Kareem, Ebenezer Obey, Lucky Dube, R. Kelly e.t.c it was that wrote/performed a popular sold-out song 'Igi Aruwe' as a sound track to a movie by Fęmi Fadeyi.
Has since moved on to churn out other great musical projects like; Papa's Promise (our Publisher's favourite), others are Ori Mi, Finally, Adura et al.

Keep on soaring Akanni Al'oyinl'ohun. Ijaiye omo Kurunmi Ajadi Igbo....
